Well rounded shape with a small pivot.
Properties
Rich in vitamin C and fiber. Strong antioxidant power.
Caliber
From 7 to 10 cm in diameter.
Scientific and botanical name
Beta vulgaris ssp. Esculenta variety: “Burpee’s Golden” (Chenopodiaceae family).
Coloring
Orange-red skin with bright yellow flesh. Once cooked, the flesh takes a beautiful orange color.
Origin & Culture
Sow as soon as frost is no longer a concern, until June 15 at the latest.

Preparation advice
The yellow beet is cooked like the red one, but keeps its beautiful color after cooking.
Texture
Home preservation
In the cellar, yellow beet can be kept for 6 to 8 months. In a cool place, it will keep for 1 week.
Flavor
Very fine flesh, soft and very sweet.
